Safety

Safety within the home is of the utmost importance and therefore, we put a strong emphasis on safety when we inspect.
For example, proper clearance of combustibles to a fireplace or wood burner are carefully checked and recorded.
Electrical wiring is thoroughly inspected for proper installation since many home fires have been found to have been started from faulty electrical wiring within the home. Similarly, proper staircase construction including solid handrails are important. We also test smoke detectors for proper operation. These are just a few of the systems which we inspect and test in every home, some may seem minor but all are important.
