Property Maintenance Inspection

This inspection specifically looks at deferred maintenance items of the residential and commercial structures that a new home buyer or property manager will need to repair.

• An alternative to the full home inspection. Some home buyers are only requesting a list of items that need to be repaired before occupancy.

Useful for property managers of rental units, residential communities, and commercial buildings.

• The Inspection report will list items with a code reference to one of the following codes; International Property Maintenance Code [IPMC], Michigan Residential Code [MRC] or the Housing Law of Michigan [HLM].
